Entering the real world which involves full time employment will be very different to your before world - world of study.You must start to browse for job matching to your qualification. if you are lucky,you will only need to apply for one graduate job vacancy to secure one of the available graduate jobs.

But It's more likely that you will apply for a number of jobs for several positions at once over a period of time to increase your chances.



applying for a job doesn't mean you will be absolutely accepted and get the job. But sometimes you are likely to face rejection. It's better that you know the reality, so you don't plan your life that you will get your ideal job within a month or two of graduating!

Rejection doesn't mean everything over. But some rejection in life is usually necessary to guide you onto the road to success. You can learn a lot through being rejected, so here are some tips on how to deal with it!


There are some cases causes rejection from reason beyond your control, which can but completely concealed. for example Other applicant have much more experienced than you that make you eliminated.

If you were rejected, in most cases you will receive feedback as part of the rejection process. Carefully listen the feedback, as you can use and apply this information for future applications. Don't be afraid to ask for feedback either as you may be able to point your failings point. For example, which questions did you answer well, and which questions didn't you? Was your answering technique suitable?
Everybody has experienced failure at some point in the career, so take the feedback as a lesson, fix and prepare it for next application.

If you are rejected, never think that the world has a grudge against you. You must determine the factors which are making you fail, then you make the required changes. If you are rejected more than once, learn from it.

You must always avoid, "biting back" during a feedback session, even if you don't agree with it. Always avoid making snide comments as well, they don't help anybody, especially you. You must thank the person for their feedback and for the time they have taken to deliver it to you. Appreciate their decision and politely say that you would like to meet them again next time.
